Lancaster Farm Sanctuary Auction/Gala

Lancaster Farm Sanctuary’s very first Auction/Gala is being held on July 10th at our new location in Mount Joy. This event will be the biggest fundraiser for LFS and all funds raised will go towards the development of our larger sanctuary space. To allow for a safe experience for all our guests we are having an outdoor picnic-style event throughout our property. Bring your own blankets, outdoor chairs, and even beach umbrellas if you’d like. Your dinner will be prepared for you in a convenient grab and go box by Scarlet Runner. Auction items will be in our barn and we ask that everyone wear a mask while bidding and stay 6ft apart from those not in their party.

Tickets include:
An incredible plant based dinner catered by Scarlet Runner. This meal and dessert will be prepacked in a grab and go box so that you may enjoy at the picnic spot of your choosing.
“Open Bar” (beer and wine)
Exclusive Lancaster Farm Sanctuary tote bag with vegan goodies.
A fun night outside with jazz music and bidding on amazing goods.

Rules:
Do not feed the animals
Do not enter animal enclosures
Please drive slowly to and from the sanctuary
Wear and mask and stand 6ft apart from guests in the barn.
Bidding ends at 9, and will be processed on site.

Please note: All tickets are non-refundable. If the Auction/Gala is rescheduled due to a state of emergency, all tickets will be valid for the new date set.

Rain Date: If it rains on July 10th we will hold the event the next day on Saturday July 11th. We will contact you if the day is moved.
